Fall Recipe-Breakfast on the Go!
This is a recipe that I found on a blog through Pinterest that I have used over and over again!
These oatmeal muffins are great to grab in the morning, and you can freeze them as well if you want to make them in bulk!
Ingredients:
3 bananas- mashed 1 cup milk – any kind, I used Almond Milk 2 eggs 1 tbsp Baking Powder 3 cups oats – old fashioned or rolled 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Optional additions Raisens or Craisens Chocolate Chips Yogurt Chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Mix all ingredients except the optional additions together, and let sit while you prepare the muffin pans.
Spray a muffin pan with non-stick spray or use liners
Stir the optional additions into the oatmeal batter
Divide batter into muffin cups to fill 3/4 of the way
Bake 20-30 minutes until edges brown
Let cool and place in Tupperware to keep or place in freezer bag/freezer to store
